Essential Balance provides a step away from hectic life by offering a range of services to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. It begins with a treatment that triggers responses in your body to continue to reset and refresh even after you walk out the door to continue your day. Our focus is on promoting balance and well-being through Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and a variety of Aromatherapy treatments.
CranioSacral Therapy
A client favorite, this light-touch therapy helps to bring balance to the body by releasing restrictions from the cranium to the sacrum, helping to bring the whole body back towards homeostasis. Many have found relief from headaches, back pain, as well as improvement in sleep and much more!

dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique®
This technique, developed by Dr. David Hill with dōTERRA, provides not only a very relaxing session, but brings lasting benefits as 8 single oils and blends are introduced one at a time through a gentle technique, each oil building upon the last to assist the body not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage helps reduce stress and anxiety, promotes a sense of calm, and improves overall mood. It can also enhance circulation, relieve muscle tension, and improve sleep quality. Available in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, if you're looking for a feel-good treatment that helps to switch you out of stress mode, book your appointment today.
Aromatherapy Consultation
This consultation will involve some discussion on your primary health concerns, will include an Olfactory Sensory Test (if you book an In Person appointment), and after your appointment, I will put together and send you recommended oils and ways you can use them effectively to assist you physically, mentally, and emotionally. The recommendations will also include information on safe use of essential oils and any cautions associated with specific oils.

I understand the concerns and daily struggles that come with caring for others in addition to life's normal responsibilities. As a caregiver myself, I struggled with finding the balance between trying to manage the day to day responsibilities, caring for family members, and taking care of myself... and sometimes I still do. FAQ
Booking Sessions
Bookings are by reservation only. We are unable to take walk-ins. You can reserve your time by clicking on the Book Now links. A valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking. Intake forms must be completed before your session.
If you are sick the day before or the day of your appointment, please reschedule. If you show up sick, your appointment will be canceled to prevent spread of sickness.
Payment Methods
We accept cash (exact change only), and credit or debit cards. Checks are not accepted.
Payment is due at the time of service.
A credit/debit card number will be collected at the time of booking, but will not be charged until your session is completed, or if you do not show up for your appointment. If you do not have a debit/credit card to reserve your time, please email your preferred date and time.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Full payment is required for the following conditions:

Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No show or missed appointment.

Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a No Show. If you are late, but it's within the first 15 minutes, we can go ahead with the appointment, but it will still end at the original time.
Prepare for your Appointment
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing for your sessions. The only therapies where you would remove any clothing would be for the AromaTouch Technique (which only applies oils to the back, neck and feet), and the Relaxation Massage. Hydrate well the day of your therapy, both before and after treatment.
Age Requirement
Our therapy services are available to individuals age 2 and above. Aromatherapy Consultations are only available to adults, however, all members of the family can be discussed.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
